Reconciliation reports

Hi there, texasmtp.

I can help you fix the items cleared from your previous QuickBooks Online (QBO) reconciliations. You can manually change the reconciliation status from cleared to reconciled.

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Choose the account and click on View register.
3. Select the transaction to expand the view.
4. Select the box in the checkmark column until you see an R. This manually reconciles the transaction.
   
   
    
5. Select Save.
