Recurring Sales invoices

To begin with, you can consider using the existing template to quickly create the needed transaction for any templates that don't run as expected. To do that, here's how:

1. Navigate to Setting, then Recurring transactions.
2. From the list, find the recurring transaction.
3. From the Edit dropdown, select Use.
4. Review the transaction details and add more if you'll want to, then hit Save template.

Moreover, if the sales tax code is changed due to an item or tax code update on the recurring template, the template updates automatically to use the new information. However, there are instances where the sales tax needs to be re-saved on the template.

In cases where the recurring template fails but the next transaction date advances, you'll want to open and review the template details and save it again to identify any issues that might have caused the issue. Please note that recurring transactions can sometimes run later than expected but typically occur before 9 AM PST.

If the issue persists, consider recreating the template to fix it. Please note that you will need to delete the old template to avoid duplicates.
