Hi

This is the message we get when we want to continue with our registration

 

You can't add QuickBooks Online Simple Start to Bigin Trading with your existing subscription. Try another company or contact customer support for help.

It's possible that the error message you received earlier caused a delay in the registration notification. To ensure that your QuickBooks is registered successfully, I suggest that you press the F2 key on your keyboard. This will open the Product Information window.

 

Once the window opens, check if it shows ACTIVATED or REGISTERED next to the License number. If it does, then the registration process was successful.
