How can I acquire my Quickbooks Pro 2013 validation code in order to complete my product registration?

In order to get your verification code for your QuickBooks Product, you'll have to reach out to the QuickBooks support team. Our agents there have the tools to work with you in a private 1-on-1 setting and can divulge personal information. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Help menu, select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk and then choose a way to connect.

 

Just a heads up, since your file is still 2013, some features are disabled. For more information you can check this guide: QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information.

I have the same issue, but with Quickbooks Pro 2015 Desktop version.
I've had to migrate from my old hardware to a new PC.

Unfortunately, I'm also based in New Zealand so tricky timezones.
Is there a non-telephonic way to contact Intuit about getting my product reinstalled and re-registered?

Or is telephonic the only option?
