Removing the Pay Now button on printed/PDF invoices-new invoice template

I have Quickbooks online, and the updated/new invoice template. I do not want the "pay now" button on emailed invoices to show.  All instructions to remove that seem to be for the old template, and options have changed. How do I remove that link?

We understand that removing the Pay Now button from printed/PDF invoices would be helpful in your current situation. Don't worry, I'll assist you with this.

 

Note that if you enable the Payment link option, the Pay Invoice button will be displayed. If you disable it, the pay button will no longer appear. Let me show you how: 

 

  1. In invoice, click Manage. 
  2. Go to the Design section and scroll down past the Color, Font, and Template options. 
  3. Turn off the Add payment link to PDF option.

 


Additionally, recording payments for invoices that have already been paid is essential to ensure accurate accounting.
