Thank you for your efforts, Kevin C.  I followed your recent directions ... found "How?" link in B section ... clicked ... but no link seen to click on to set up Adobe Reader as default PDF browser.  I have an iMac with Safari (v 16.5.2) and the page indicated that Apple Safari (v 12 and above) dropped support for NPAPI plug-in architecture ... is this the problem?  I certainly appreciate your patience and assitance.

You're welcome, doc. I appreciate you for keeping us updated regarding your printing concerns in QuickBooks Online. I want to add some tips so you can do this seamlessly.

I tried clicking on the How? link, everything seemed to work properly and I could see the procedure to set up Adobe Reader. You're likely experiencing browser compatibility issues which is why you're getting the opposite result on your end. I suggest using another supported web aside from Safari, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, or Samsung. This provides you better browsing experience when using QuickBooks.

If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to your IT support. This allows them to investigate further and guide you on the best action to take.
