Reviewing Bill Details

When reviewing bill details, I used to be able to zoom in on the displayed invoice. Is that no longer an option?  If so, there is not much of a point in using this feature anymore. Which is disappointing.

    Good afternoon Kris P1,

     

    Nice to see you in the QuickBooks Community! I would like us to do some testing here to resolve the issue. First, let's see if this is a browser-related issue. Please follow the instructions below.

     

    Step 1: Try logging in using private browsing

    • Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N

    Step 2: If you were able to get that zoom feature back you need to clean the cache. Clearing the cache can remove corruption, allowing the page to load a clean copy. Depending on the browser you have, follow this link to clear those cache.

     

    Step 3: If that is still giving issues, change the browser. Trying to use another browser and log in to see if this situation happens on all platforms.

     

    Another solution would be temporarily changing to a different PDF viewer on your browser. For example, if Adobe is installed, temporarily switch to your browser's default PDF viewer.

     

    Also, could you let me know if the invoice still appears shrunken when you download the PDF?
