Sage100 conversation to QBO or QBD

Hello All

I started working with a company that uses Sage 100.  We do not use this software the way it should be used.  We are a subcontractor in the commercial and industrial world of painting.  I would like to switch to QBO or QBD since I have experience in that area.  I need to know what the limitations are for how many jobs one can have or any other limitations.  I also would need to charge payroll to these jobs but my payroll is processed and paid via ADP.  Any suggestions or knowledge would be great.... please pass along everything..... questions included.
