Sales order fulfillment worksheet

We've received reports regarding where the sales order fulfillment worksheet displays a blank page, PDPTPLEX. I'll share some instructions on handling this issue. 

I recommend contacting our Live Support Team and providing your details to help us keep track of affected users. We don't have a specific timeframe for their solution, but our software engineers are working diligently on a fix. We'll also send you updates via email. 

To contact support:

1. Click on Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
2. Choose Contact Us.
3. Type your issue, then hit Continue in the description field.
4. Click Message an agent.

In the meantime, follow these steps as your workaround:

1. Log into the company file as the user Admin.
2. Open the user management center.
3. On the top, select Company, Users, and then Set Up Users and Roles. Enter the Admin user's password and select OK.
4. Click on the user having the problem and look at the bottom to verify what roles they are using. Only one of the roles needs to be updated.
5. Click the Role List at the top of this window. Then, choose one of the roles assigned to this user.
6. Tap Edit on the right side of this window.
7. Hit the + symbol next to Centers, then select Vendor Center.
8. On the right-hand side, check the View Balance box next to it.
9. Select OK, then Close on the next window. The other user should be able to select a Picker from the Picker's names list when sending the Picklist to the device.
