Sales Order Fullfillment Worksheet- Time

When using the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet, we've notice the time to process from sending to pick, pick then send to pack takes approximately 8 minutes per sales order. Is this normal? What is the average time for QB to "search" the data for this process?

 

I want to see what the time is, so I can see if I have internal company file issues.

I'm here to share the details about tracking the real-time status of products in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

 

Currently, we're unable to provide a specific timeframe for every process when fulfilling sales orders. However, we can check the actual time status of an item from the warehouse using mobile scanners. 

 

As soon as there's a new update, you'll notice an orange arrow message in the Alerts column informing you of a pack list update. To check the latest status, select the sales order(s) and click Update sales order.

Additionally, you can easily keep track of your sales and expenses by pulling up predefined sales reports in QBDT. Apart from that, you can also customize them to display information relevant to your business needs.

Sorry, we aren't using any scanners. I am talking about the time it takes to process sales orders using the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet. From Pick, Pack and Ship Method.

When we "Send for Picking", "Pick" and then "Send to Packing" from start to finish in Quickbooks desktop it takes up to 8 minutes to accomplish per order.

 

I want to see if this is normal, or if the time is shorter.

When you do each step you get the "working" window each time that seems to take forever. (see picture)
