Question

Sales receipt missing everything except the total now when printing

Started today.  I go to print the receipt for the customer and the logo, header, items are all missing.  All gone.  This is happening in the app and on my Imac.  Yesterdays invoices are printing fine.

    Thank you for the screenshot. I can imagine the inconvenience this issue on your sales receipts has caused, especially since it's happening on both the app and your iMac. Rest assured, I'm here to help you find a solution to this problem.

     

    Earlier today, I encountered a similar issue and recommended basic troubleshooting steps to the poster. Since I haven't received a response yet, I suggest you try the same approach. However, if the problem continues, it would be best to contact our QBO Support team on Monday between 6 AM and 6 PM PT. They will be able to assist you further by gathering more information and conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.
