Sales receipt price levels problems

When is QB going to fix the assigned customer's sale price level for a "Sales Receipt" transation.  This has been going on for over a week. The "rate" drop down is not on a Sales Receipt as on the invoice and estimate screen. QB changes started on 26 April and still not fixed..... The Customer price level for a sales receipt has worked from 1 Jan 2024 until 26 April. I have customer that pay on Invoices and Sales receipts and I can not keep their price levels correct without allot of extra work arounds.

    May I know if you've already performed some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue, like accessing your QuickBooks account in an incognito window? 

     

    The issue you encountered may be due to the high amount of stored cookies and cache that can cause trouble in accessing the Rate dropdown in sales receipts and some features in QuickBooks. So, if you haven't performed the browser troubleshooting steps, let me guide you how. This process helps to improve and speed up your browser's performance.

     

    First, you'll want to restart your browser. Then, try updating your bank in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:

     

    Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N

    Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P

    Safari: press Command + Shift +

     

    If it works on the private browser, go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then, see if it fixes the issue. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.

     

    If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our Technical support team so they can further investigate the issue. They have the necessary tools to securely check your account set up with you via screen-sharing session. Also, they can create a ticket for investigation if needed.

    1. On your company file, go to the Help menu.

    NO, I don't understand your response to fixing the coding mistake(s) by Intuit.  The manager of the team that made and implemented the changes Supervisor, are they still employed by Intuit.   

     

    The impact of not having the assigned customer's discount on the sales receipts work around, using invoices is very time consuming during the sale process.  Then reconciling the day's activity, posting the invoice credit card and cash sales into the proper accounts..........  

     

    I have not seen any communications from Intuit informing their customers of this problem. But this event (problem) has been an assigned investigation number, INV-87545 on 7 May. But no other information or guidance has been provided.

    Upon checking here, the investigation about the missing columns for Products & Services on sales receipt when using Save & new has been resolved (INV-87545). If you are still experiencing this unexpected behavior, contacting our customer online support is recommended for further assistance. 

     

    Here's how:

     

    1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
    2. Select Help (?).
    3. Select either of these tabs:
    • Assistant tab and select Talk to a human.
    • Search tab and click on Contact Us to connect with a support expert.
