Sales receipts not printing

For the last couple months I have not been able to use sales receipts on my mobile device because emailed receipts have virtually no information on them. I am forced to use Invoices and apply payments, both of which take double the amount of time necessary to conduct a transaction. It is a miserable experience. I am wondering if anyone is taking this issue seriously. Users of QBO send either invoices or receipts, so with receipts not working, 50% of QBO's utility is gone. What is anyone doing about this?

We've received reports about the issue with printing sales receipts in the QuickBooks app. We're unable to provide a specific timeframe for the fix, but rest assured our engineers are actively working on a solution. I suggest contacting our Live Support Team to be added to the list of affected users. Here's how:

 

  1. On your QuickBooks Online (QBO), click on Help (?).
  2. Select either tab to get started: Assistant or Talk to Human.
  3. Search Contact Us, then Start a chat with a support expert.
