Save and Close Button

When I try to edit transactions, record a journal entry, the save and close buttons do not work. Even trying to connect with support, those buttons are not working either. Everything was working fine yesterday. I even tried switching to Incognito mode and clearing all cache's, and still doesn't work.

It's possible that your subscription has expired that's why you're unable to save and close transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). That said, it's best to get in touch with our customer support again. They can initiate a screen-sharing session with you in a secure setting to identify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. They may also create a case for investigation if necessary.

 

To do that:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and select the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern and click Continue.
  4. Choose how to connect with us (Chat with us or Have us call you).

 

Furthermore, you can manually add transactions in QBO while working in your account register. This way, it saves time if you review your accounts and need to make a quick addition.
