Save & Close Not Working

All of a sudden, when selecting "Save and Close", it is saving my work, but not closing the page.  I've seen this question asked on here and tried the solutions, but still not working.  I usually use Chrome, but opened my QBO in FireFox and still have the same problem.

I guess I entered the question on the wrong line.

The problem is this:  Now when I click "Save and Close", it saves the work, but doesn't close the screen.  It always has in the past, but not now.

Hi there, @03789b.

I appreciate you taking the time and providing great details to the concern.

We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. This way, you'll be able to close your transactions successfully. You can open your QuickBooks account using a private window.

Here's how:
  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P
If it works, we'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and switch other supported, up-to-date browsers related issue.
