Sent Invoices

I use to be able to look at an invoice that I had sent and there would be a time stamp at the bottom of when I had sent it and when it had been viewed. Those are now gone, how do I get that back?

I don't think you can. It's one of the many features Intuit removed from the new and improved Invoices. They're pretty sure the old ones had way too many features that you don't need.

Hi there, @DBisel1.

 

Let me inform you that the Invoice Activity status has been moved to a new location. You can find it by clicking on an invoice transaction to see it.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales and then the Invoice tab.
  2. Choose any transaction you want to view and click it.
  3. You can see it under the Invoice Activity section.

 

Furthermore, consider customizing invoices or any sales forms so your customers can view them better according to your preferences.
