Hello. I'm here to assist you in accessing the link successfully and obtaining all the information it contains, JFC.

The error message you received might be due to a browser issue. To verify, we can follow these steps.

Step 1: Access the link in a private browser.

It can help determine if the issue is related to any browser extensions or settings that are affecting your regular browsing experience.

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Step 2: Clear browser cache and cookies.

Clearing the browser cache and cookies can resolve issues caused by outdated or corrupted data stored in your browser. This can often website-related errors.

Step 3: Use other support browsers.

Using other supported browsers can help identify if the issue is specific to the browser you are currently using. Sometimes, certain websites or applications may work better with different browsers due to compatibility or performance reasons.

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

Let me know if you have further questions accessing links in QuickBooks Community. I'd gladly assist you at any time.

I tried Microsoft Edge  as well and got the same message:

"We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested.

You may have incorrectly typed the address (URL) or clicked on an outdated link."

More specifically, on #1 "CUSTOMIZE INVOICES", for the "Add your company" section, the "Add info" button redirects to the webpage loading error. The same happens when the "Set up" button is clicked on the "Select  invoice fields" fields section.
