Share button on estimates not working

Im no longer able to share estimates and invoices using the share button. Its greyed out and doesn't let me send it any way except through email.

I've got your back in rectifying problems about sharing sales transactions via a link in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zach.

 

This feature is indeed convenient for everyone, especially in providing your customers with a copy of their orders.

 

Since the option is greyed out, we can fix this by performing basic troubleshooting steps. There are instances that some functions won't work according to their task, not limited to including other options, buttons, or incorrect display of the data.

 

We can begin by using a private window to access your company file. This is a useful method for resolving browser-related issues since it doesn't save any browsing history. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts for this:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

After completing the task, it is recommended to clear your browser's cache or cookies to avoid similar issues in the future. Alternatively, opting for one of the browsers that are supported can also be a wise decision.
