Kind of a dumb question here, but going to ask anyway:

 

1) Why is it when I create an invoice from Sales Order Entry and choose "S.O. Invoice" it only shows me 2 lines of shipping address.

2) If I create an invoice from Sales Order Entry and choose our "custom made invoice" it shows me all of the shipping address.    (see attached)

To show all of the shipping addresses on a sales order, let's make sure to review the custom made invoice template. Then, open the sales order template and compare the fields. Make the necessary changes in order to match the information.

 

Here's how you can open the template:

 

  1. Go to List > Templates.
  2. Double-click on the template you want to review.
  3. Click the Layout Designer button to see the marked columns or fields.
  4. Select OK once done.
