I nicely had Reports Bookmarked along the right side of my QBO screen. Then, for some unknown reason, some Brainiac at QB decided to make it non-bookmarkable. I had to go into reports and bookmark Standard Reports, just because....

Why change things ???

QB likes to break things that aren't broken, and change what is working.  

There is no rhyme or reason to what they do or why they do it. 

 

Someone that works for the company will come along soon and tell you it's to make things "Better" or "more modern".  These same employees of QB don't use the software at all, and have NO clue what they are talking about.  

 

Sorry there isn't a better answer.  It just is how they choose to ruin... I mean, do things.

    It isn't the experience I want you to have when using the Bookmarks feature to organize the items or tasks on your dashboard in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Taylor. I'll share details below to help ensure the items in your bookmarks stay available.

     

    When you add a task or tab on your dashboard using the Bookmark option in QBO, you'll want to avoid selecting the Save icon beside it. By doing so, they stay on the dashboard or navigation menu, and you can seamlessly go through different tabs with just one click. For visual reference, see the image below.
