Question

Size of display columns no longer adjustable

The new templates for invoicing and estimating no longer offer the adjustable display columns, but they keep changing. The date and product/service columns don't need to be larger than the description column. Has anyone been able to adjust them? The size will randomly change, but I can't manually change them, which is incredibly inconvenient when I need to type out large estimates.

I appreciate you reaching out your concerns to us, ri595.

Although there's no direct option to make adjustments on the display columns of the invoice and estimates page itself, please know that the available option is to Edit the Custom form style itself.

I can provide the customization process below.

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Custom form styles
  2. Choose a template and click on Edit to make changes.
  3. Head to the Content tab and select the middlebox.
  4. Click the EDIT LABELS AND WIDTHS and modify the columns.
  5. Select Done

Please note that the changes you'll make in the template won't be reflected in the invoicing and estimates page display, but they'll be visible when you print the form.
