Smart Profit and Loss Template missing from Spreadsheet Sync

According to QuickBooks Help, "Spreadsheet Sync’s template library includes multiple reports, such as: Simple Management Report & Smart Profit and Loss Report"

I only have one template in my Spreadsheet Sync library which is the "Management Report".  I am missing the "Smart Profit and Loss Report".  Has anyone else had this issue and/or knows how to resolve it?
