So I canceled my QB Plus Annual and was charged anyways, now what?
So I set a reminder to cancel QB Plus (desktop) with an annual subscription. I might have cut it a little close as I canceled it on 4.9.24 and the next day we were charged over $900.00. I put in a request (somewhere) for a refund request as we are moving to QB Online....but nothing. Nobody got back.
Last time I called a number with Quickbooks is was an hour and half of torture with overseas help that was NOT helpful.
Any chance we are going to get that money back before migrating to QBO or should we consider this lost based on communication and support from Intuit?
