We've received similar cases and reports regarding the inability to connect and the errors received by our user between the Merrill Lynch Bank QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I understand how this issue impacts your business processes. While there is no specific timeframe for resolving this matter, I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users and provide progress notifications via email. Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the upper right corner of your screen.
  3. Tap on Search, then select Contact Us.
  4. Select a topic to connect with the right expert.
  5. Choose how to contact our QB support team.
  • Via a Callback, where they’ll save you a spot and call you back.
  • Via Chat, start a chat with our support.

QB has NOT resolved the issue. I reached out to them on May 16, 2024 @ 2:35 (EST). I have a case number and INV number. I followed up with them on May 17, 2024 @ 9:00 (EST). The gentleman put extra notes in and escalated. This is causing major problems for the company.

Please know that we’re aware of the error 3000 issue and our Product Engineers are still diligently working on a fix about this. While there is no specific timeframe for resolving this matter, we appreciate your patience as we work to address this matter.

 

Rest assured that we will notify you via email as soon as we have an update or a fix for this problem. In the meantime, you can consider manually uploading your transactions to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Click the Link account dropdown, then select Upload from file.
  3. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  6. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
  7. Select Yes.
  8. When you accept your transactions, select Done

 

Once done, you can match and categorize your uploaded transactions.
