SpreadSheet Sync Error - Blank Account

I am attempting to import a 230 line journal entry from a .csv spreadsheet into QBO.  My error indicates that the "Accounts does not exist in QB".  I have gone through my spreadsheet to ensure that the accounts used match to the QBO chart of accounts.  I have tried once with names of accounts and once with account number (never both), and both times the import indicates the "Account does not exist in QB".

Spreadsheet Sync did not work either as it indicated the Account field cannot be left blank - which it was not.

Please advise.

Managing spreadsheet syncing errors ensures accurate workflow of your imported entries, AspireCFO.

When using a transaction template to post data to QuickBooks Online, errors may occur if the data does not match validated criteria. Criteria are validated if they have been manually added to QBO or uploaded using a Spreadsheet Sync list template such as Accounts or Inv Items.

If data is incorrectly entered into a transaction or posting template, Spreadsheet Sync will return an error message. With that, make sure you are using a Spreadsheet Sync posting template. You can find them under Manage Records > Records to create or edit.

Thus, it's best to consider creating a new sheet to ensure error values or fields are correct and aren't damaged, so QuickBooks recognizes them when importing.
