Hi all, I am trying to create and print multiple statements at once.  Specifcally a transaction statement.

I know that I can go to the customer, new transaction, and create statement.  However, I need to do that almost 300 times every month for all the various customers.  Do any of you know a way to create statements in bulk in a repeatable fashion?

I know a feature that helps create recurring customer statements in bulk, eanandappa1. I'll share it here so you can seamlessly inform your customers about their outstanding balances and dues.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can produce and send customer statements at your preferred frequency through the Workflow automation. With this, ensure to set up an email address for your customer in their profile.

Here's how to make recurring statements:

  1. Hover your cursor to Workflow automation from the left pane.
  2. Select Template, then Send recurring statement to customer.
  3. In Do this in QuickBooks section, set up what you want QuickBooks to do and the schedule.
  4. Provide a condition like when and to whom to send statements in the When this happens section.

For detailed instructions, please refer to this material: How to set up recurring statements for customers in QuickBooks Online Advanced.

However, note that this feature is exclusive to QBO Advanced. If you have a different subscription plan, you can upgrade to utilize it to enhance your business process.

Moreover, once your customers pay their invoices, record their payments to keep your account balanced. It can be done manually, or let QuickBooks do it for you, including the categorization.

Please reach out here without hesitation if you have additional inquiries about generating and emailing customer statements in QuickBooks Online. I'd be pleased to offer the support that you need.
