Stock List at old date

Dear All,

 

My name is Abdul Salam and I am using Quickbooks Online, however I just have an inquiry regarding Stock list at old date, our year end closing at June each year, however external Auditors asked me give them Stock List (Item, Quantity, Values) at 30.06.2021, unfortunately we have missed this date to generate stock list, and in Quickbooks online I was trying since more than A week to generate stock list as of 30.06.2021 (Old date).

 

Can anyone help me regarding this? it's really important matter

I'll help you generate an old product and services list in QuickBooks. This way, you can submit it to your external auditors. 

 

You can run the Inventory Valuation Summary report to get this data in QuickBooks Online. All you have to do is filter the report according to the dates that you need. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports and open the Inventory Valuation Summary report.
  2. On the Report period, click Custom.
  3. Enter the date. Example: 06/30/2021.
  4. Click Run report when you're done.

    Dear 

     

    Thank you for your answer, however I still can't find out the report I am asking for

     

    Stock list report is an accumulated Report and if I modified date range from my year start till my year end still I can't find figures, I kindly ask you for more details, as I followed your steps but still I haven't go an answer
