We currently have Penn Power set up as a vendor but we are a rental company is there any way for me to make multiple Penn Power vendors to track each properties electric (aka such as by account # or beginning of the address) and if so how?

Let me provide you with information about setting up a rental company in QuickBooks Desktop. The properties you manage should be created as Customers. Create a Job under your customers to serve as tenants. Your Vendors are the owners of the properties. You can create multiple vendors for multiple properties owned by different companies. You'll need to create multiple Customers if you have multiple managed properties.
