Sub-customer Search

When searching for a customer in the customer screen, why don't sub-customers show up on the list under the parent customer? Having the list of subs under the parent would be much easier to read than the list on the left column.

Please see the screenshot.

Thank you, @LMaynJJM , for sharing your thoughts on the sub-customer list in the Customers menu.

Once you search customer name on the Customers page, this won't show its sub-customers. Also, the option to filter the list with sub-customers is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.

For now, you'll have to clear the search box to see your sub-customers under the parent account.
