Welcome to the Community, Ratel. If you're having trouble signing into your Intuit account, rest assured, we're here to help you gain access.

If you've been locked out due to incorrect login credentials, resetting your password is an easy fix:

  1. Visit our sign-in help page.
  2. Enter the phone number, email address, or user ID associated with your account.
  3. Depending on the information you provide, we'll either send you a text or an email with a verification code, or if you used your user ID, you can select your preferred method to receive the code.
  4. Use the verification code sent to you, or follow the instructions in the message. If necessary, we'll ask for a bit more information to ensure it's you.
  5. When prompted, you can reset your password. Alternatively, you can choose to skip this step for now.

Once you've regained access to your account, you'll have the option to change your email address, phone number, and password, or you can jump straight into your product. If you haven't already, adding a phone number to your account is a great idea. It'll help you receive verification codes from us for any future sign-in attempts.

If the issue persists, please reach out to our live support team. For contact information, check out the I've tried all of the self-help options and still can't sign in section in this article: Recover your Intuit Account if you can't sign in.

If your account was locked because your subscription was inactive or expired, you'd need to reactivate your account.
