Dear QBO Support Team,

Please help to resolve the issue. There's following error - 'Please update your Company Address information and try again. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message(Error code:-81716)' - after inputting new card details for payment for Company ID [removed]

Company Address is still actual and browser cache was cleared but this didn't help to resolve the issue

Thanks

QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop?

October 1, 2024

It shows Reactivate Subscription in red on my home page.

Hello there, Abeer. The Reactivate Subscription prompt indicates that your subscription has expired. Allow me to expand on this.

If you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll have to re-subscribe to continue using the program. If needed, you can also update your billing information to keep it current and up-to-date.

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and encounter this error, it's possible that your software's subscription status needs to be verified or your payroll subscription requires revalidation.

To do so, log in to your CAMPs to verify the status of your subscriptions. If it's active and the prompt persists, let's now revalidate your payroll subscription. Before doing so, ensure your QuickBooks Desktop software is updated to the latest release.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Employees and select My Payroll Service.
  2. ChooseManage Service Key.
  3. Click View and take note of the Service Key and Disk Delivery Key numbers. Then click OK.
  4. Select Add and enter the Service key in the field.
  5. Click Next and follow the on-screen steps.
  6. When the Payroll Update message appears, select OK.
  7. Verify the Service Status shows Active and then select OK.
