Switched from desktop to online and by balance is different

I can help resolve the discrepancies in your account balances when converting data from QuickBooks Desktop to the online program, Cabel33.

QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) are different platforms. Some data will not convert to QBO. That's why you may notice differences in how your books appear during conversion regardless of what online version you're converting your file. In addition to this, you might need to delete or create some transactions to correct the balances.

You can run the comparative trial balance report to find the discrepancies and fix it. Another option, purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
