switching to QB online what version do we need

We currently have desktop and we want to move to online.  I think that Simple Start will do the trick but want to confirm what version we need for online. 

The business is an s-corp

We need to be able to:
create P&L and Balance sheet reports
Need balance sheet for taxes 
Process 1099’s for the contractors

We do not need:
We do not do payroll through QB. (I think) 
We do not have any sales channels
1 user should be enough
We do not use QB for Bill management
We do not enter time in QB
