On the other hand, here’s how to contact our Customer Care Team:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Click the Contact Us button in the pop-up window.
  3. Type your concern in the What can we help you with field.
  4. Hit the Let's talk button.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call button.
  6. Fill out all the necessary fields.
  7. Click Send message or Confirm my call.

This is the most lame program I've ever encountered. The phone app works halfway decent except when you go to type in to the description field it this allows the ability to go easily between sentences. This computer version is absolutely horrendous, the worst thing I've ever encounter. How is it that quickbooks could be around for so long, and yet not have developed or improved over the last 20 years since I used to deal with it the Last go around
