I want to ensure team members can accept the invitation successfully, BizOwnerTexas24.

 

Currently, we're investigating the accept invitation issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please be assured that our engineers are working diligently to resolve this problem.

 

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team so that you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates on the investigation's status and be notified once it's been resolved. To expedite the transaction, provide this investigation number INV-91437.

 

Here's how. 

 

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose to Get a callback.

I still cannot invite team members. Please fix this issue!

I understand the urgency to invite a member to your team, @BizOwnerTexas24. Allow me to clarify things regarding the ongoing investigation of the error message showing when clicking on the invite link. 

 

As per checking, the engineers have determined the root cause and are working to address this issue. The cause can be the by the older versions of Microsoft Outlook. We don't have a specific time frame for this to be fixed. However, in the meantime you may log into Microsoft Outlook Web from a browser and accept the invite from there.
