I would like to know about the below mentioned data conversion charges in QuickBooks online. How can I contact to get this service to import my GL data from Excel sheet into the new QuickBooks Online?

The service is only for converting data from QB Desktop to QB Online. You need to purchase a third-party service to convert data from Excel.
