It's a pleasure to have you here today, Malika.

Since the feature is active on your company file, but the Pay Invoice button doesn't appear on your PDF, it may have something to do with your current setup. In this situation, you'll want to review if you haven't connected your Payments account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company. If this is the case, here's how you can connect the account:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
  2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and then select Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Payments tab and click Connect in the Existing account, or Link Merchant Service.
  4. Choose the QuickBooks Payment account you want to Connect to.
  5. Review the account info to make sure it's accurate before tapping Connect.
  6. Once done, sign out and sign back into QuickBooks Online.
