The income snap shot on the dashboard screen is not updating correctly

Hello, James. I’d like to explain why the income snapshot displayed on the Dashboard is not updating correctly and guide you through the steps to work around this issue.

We found an ongoing investigation (INV-113833) regarding the income widget's inaccurate reporting between the All sales or Invoices tab and the Dashboard.

Our system engineers have been informed about this issue and are actively working to resolve it as soon as possible. We advise you to reach out to our phone or chat support and then provide your name, updated email address, and investigation number so that you can be added to the list of affected users. This will guarantee that you receive email updates regarding the status of the investigation.

In the meantime, you can use the All sales or Invoices tab as an alternative to the Dashboard.
