The mileage tracker operates very inconsistently. It only tracks about half of my trips. Why is that.?

2. Tap Settings, then select Refresh Data.
3. Choose YES to confirm.

Also, please ensure that the QuickBooks mobile app is allowed to run in the background. This will enable it to continuously track trips even when the app is not actively open on your screen.
