There is no "void forms" on the 1099 filings tab

Did you receive an email stating that your 1099 filings had been rejected and trying to void your tax forms? If so, I want to inform you that there’s an ongoing investigation about customers without the option to void the form. 

With that in mind, we recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll Team to add you as one of the affected users. Once an update is available, you'll be notified through e-mail.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then click Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert.
   • Get a callback from the next available expert.
