The Thinking and Generating label you see when hovering over the Intuit Assist icon indicates that the AI is processing the customer's details, SSLLC.

This AI feature summarizes customer information, including their invoice history from the past year and the date they were added to your QuickBooks account.

You can also generate statements to show customers summaries of their invoices, payments, credits, and balances.
