Time Tracking only users unable to enter time

My company has recently moved to quickbooks online.  I have a very small team so all of my team members were added to my company, two of which are time entry only.  My issue is that those two time entry only users cannot enter timesheets due to the required name field not populating.  I have tried to delete and reinvite them ensuring they are linked to the correct employee in QBO but still having the same issue.  See attached image for reference.

I recognize the urgency of this matter, Austin. I'll provide details regarding the issue with the inability to enter time as a time-tracking user because the name field is not working properly.

 

Currently, we've received reports that some users have also encountered the same issue you're having. Rest assured, our Engineering Team is looking into it and working to implement a permanent solution to fix this problem. Unfortunately, we don't have an expected timeline for when the issue will be resolved.

 

To get you in the loop on the latest updates on the issue, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care Team. This way, they can add you to the list of affected users and notify you via email of the resolution updates. You can present this investigation number (INV-101293) to our representative to speed up the process. Here’s how to get in touch with them:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
