To Do List: Editing Type Menu

Is it possible to change the options in the Type menu on the To Do List in QB Desktop?

 

The current Type menu includes Call, Fax, Email, etc.  I want to change those items, but can't find any place that allows it.

While changing the Type menu would be a good idea, this isn't possible at this time. I understand how this would be beneficial for you and your business. With that said, I wanted to mention submitting a feedback request to our Product Development Team. Our Developers review each request and consider them all for future updates. If you'd like to submit this suggestion to our team, I'm including the steps to do so below. 

 

  1. Select the Help option.
  2. Tap on the Send Feedback Online option.
  3. Click on the Product Suggestion option. A pop-up window displays.
  4. Enter your feedback suggestion.
  5. Click the Send Feedback button. The feedback is sent.
