Top icon bar missing QB Pro Plus 2021

I can no longer see or access my top icon bar after the latest update to QB Pro Plus 2021. How do I get it back?  I rely on this option for efficiency.  Help me get it back.  This hasn't happened with all my files just one in particular.

I've come to help you get it back, @kim2424.

 

The Top Icon Bar may have been turned off from one of the menus in QuickBooks Desktop. By going to the View menu allows you to show or hide the icons.

I have the same issue.  My view is clicked "top" and it's still not there .The whole top is a big blank.
