Trouble with QuickBooks online linking with my acct.

Welcome to the Community, FFSL29. Let me help recover your months of missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Before resolving the issue, I would appreciate knowing which bank is associated with your QBO account. This will enable me to investigate whether there is any ongoing inquiry between your bank and QBO from our end. Subsequently, this will aid me in presenting additional steps to address the problem.

Now that you have updated the connection between your bank and QBO, we can proceed to check the Banking Menu to locate the three areas where your transactions may be prolonged. Please refer to the guidelines outlined below:

1. Log into your QBO account.
2. At the right panel, select Transactions and then Bank Transactions.
3. Choose the tile your bank or credit card account where your transactions were downloaded from.
4. Check for the three tabs: For Review, Categorized or Excluded. You can use the Filter option above to configure the displayed transactions from March 2024 to July 2024.

However, if the transactions cannot be found in the designated areas, we should examine your account history, which contains a comprehensive record of all transactions associated with your bank account. Here's how:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Chart of Accounts under Your Company.
2. Search for the bank account used and choose View Register.
3. Look for the missing transactions. You can also utilize the Filter icon beside All to personalize the dates for easier browsing.
    

Furthermore, if the transaction remains elusive, please verify your Uncategorized accounts in case your absent bank transactions are not present in the Account history. Moreover, note that most banks download transactions from the previous 90 days. Hence, if your missing transactions extend beyond that period, you may manually upload them to your QBO.
