Two of my invoices were e-mailed out today, and I was not copied on the e-mail.

Two of my invoices were e-mailed today, and I was not copied on the e-mail. All my other invoices that went out I was copied on. How do I ensure I am copied on all invoices sent?

To clarify, let me gather a few details from you: 

 

  • Is this happening to a certain customer when sending an invoice? 
  • Do you have a template created with invoices?

I sent out 8 recurring invoices today and I was CCd on all but two.  Not sure where I can see to ensure I am CCd on these two recurring invoices.

Thanks for reaching back out on this thread. 

 

Have you entered in all the information within the Messages field of the sales settings? Here's how, if not: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Choose Account and Settings
  3. Pick the Sales tab. 
  4. Scroll down to the Messages section and tap the Pencil (Edit) icon. 

 

Make sure to enter a email in the Copy (cc) portion. Here's a visual:
