Unable to add inventory
When trying to add inventory items I receive an error message at the top of the page that says:
We couldn't save your item.
To access this, sign in again or contact an administrator.We have Quickbooks Online the desktop app. My permissions level shows that it should allow me access to add/delete/update inventory items as needed. I've tried logging out and back in, restarting my computer, changing the item name/sku numbers. There are no required boxes that are being left unfilled.
