unable to create invoices
Hi - I had a QuickBooks simple start trial. That has expired. I am subscribed to QuickBooks Online and have a merchant ID. When I go to create an invoice, QuickBooks gives me an error message that I only can "read only." I also tried to subscribe to another subscription and received an error message stating that I cannot subscribe as I am already subscribed. I also cleared my cache and still cannot create an invoice.
Please help me through this issue.
