Unable to Import Invoices – QuickBooks Online

I am currently facing an issue when attempting to import invoice data into QuickBooks Online. Every time I click on the "Import Invoice" option, I receive the following error message:

“We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested. You may have incorrectly typed the address (URL) or clicked on an outdated link.”

I am able to import other data, such as chart of accounts, journals, customers, suppliers, and products and services without any issues. However, importing invoices seems to be problematic.

Could you please guide me through the steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue?

I'll happily assist you importing your invoices, Md.

Sometimes, QBO will break down when importing due to packed memory usage. In the meantime, I recommend using a private browsing window that doesn't store files. Browsers use cache and cookies to load web pages faster.

To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Crtl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Press Command+Shift+N

If you can import your invoices, consider returning to your regular browser and clearing their cache and cookies.

If you still have the same result, I suggest utilizing another supported browser. It can help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.
