unwanted ad intrusion

we use Quickbooks Advanced On Line.  In the last month, each time I email out an invoice from the customer module, an unwanted AD pops up asking if I want to "apply to accept payments on line."  attempting to X out of this pop up freezes the program and I have to exit and then re start. Quickbooks has done NOTHING to solve this problem and professes they don't have a clue how do solve the problem

is anyone else experiencing this issue? have you solved it ? it's gotten to the point where I am exploring other accounting programs

Your concern regarding the appearance of a pop-up while sending invoices is understandable, RBH2. I acknowledge that this can be a significant roadblock when using the program.

Upon checking here, I found out that there's an ongoing investigation (INV-105338) where customer encounter the same pop-up when emailing invoices to their clients. Our engineers are currently working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. We will provide updates once they become available.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support team to ensure you'll be added to the list of impacted users and receive email updates on the investigation.

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Hover over to the Help menu and click the Search tab.
  2. Press Contact Us.
  3. Select a specific topic or Ask about something else. Type in a short description in the box provided.
  4. Choose Continue, then pick the Chat or Callback option.

Moreover, once your customer has remitted payment for the invoice you have issued, it's essential to record the transaction to maintain accurate accounting records and ensure the proper balance of your accounts.

Directing you to our dedicated support team will ensure you remain informed of available workarounds and timely updates. We appreciate your patience as we look into this matter further.
